Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, the organizers of the 11th Symposium on the Conservation of Saproxylic Insects decided to cancel the event.
Depending on the circumstances, we propose to organize the Symposium in 2021 on a similar date. Please visit this website for updates.
Number of participants is limited to 100. All participants are kindly requested to register for the conference by using the online registration form and pay the registration fee. If you have not received the registration notification e-mail, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The authors who would like to have their presentations considered for verbal presentation should submit their abstracts via online submission form not later than by 30 April 2020. All abstracts will undergo a review by subject experts. Final acceptance of presentations and the session assignment will depend on the Committee's decision. The poster abstracts should be submitted also via the electronic submission system. All presentations must be submitted and presented in English.
The conference fee is 120 Euro (510 PLN). The conference fee includes: participation in all conference activities, conference materials, coffee/beverages and snacks during the coffee breaks, lunches and dinners (Friday-Saturday-Sunday). The costs of welcome party are covered by organizers.
Conference fee does not include the accommodation and breakfast. Participants may choose among several hotels available in Białowieża (see, Hotel options).

In case a participant is not able to attend the conference, the notification of cancellation should be sent to the following address via e-mail: email@example.com prior to 30 April 2020. Cancellations received later than April 30, 2020 will not be refunded.
