Getting to Poland
To get to Poland, we recommend taking a plane to the Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie) which is connected with most of big airports across Europe. Alternatively, you may arrive to the Warsaw Modlin Airport (about 40 km from Warsaw) and select one of the several travel options (via bus, taxi, railway) to get to Warsaw. Getting to the conference venue from Warsaw
By conference bus
The free conference bus will be available for the participants to go from Warsaw to the conference venue in Białowieża. The bus will leave on Thursday, June 4, from Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie) at 17:00 (5:00 PM). The bus will also go from Białowieża to Warsaw on June 7 at 14:30 (2:30 PM). The approximate travel by bus to and from Białowieża is about 4 hours so plan your flights properly. If you wish to use conference bus, please select this option when registering. Please, check this website for departure details and let us know in case of bus cancellation.

By public transport
There is one direct bus connection between Warsaw and Białowieża, however, it runs only once a day. You may also choose several other travel options, e.g. train or bus from Warsaw to Białystok (~90 km from Białowieża) or to Hajnówka (~20 km from Białowieża) and further travel to Białowieża by public or private bus service.
