Abstrakt
Results of carbon budged and cycle evaluation in the pine forests are presented. 91 t C of the 148 t C/ha stored in the whole ecosystem was found to be in the phytomass and the remainder in the upper soil horizons. A net primary production of the mature pine stands was estimated to be 4,4 t C/ha.year, whereas 1,0 t C/ha in the dendromass and 0,3 t C/ha in mineral soil horizons were immobilized annually.
