A comparison of two methods for the determination of forest soils reaction

Abstrakt
The officially approved method for Polish soil pH determination (pHKCI) was compared with the method obligatory for all participants of UN/ECE Intemational Co-operative Programme on Assessment and Monitoring of Air Pollution Effects on Forests (pHCaCI2). In soils with pHKCI ranging from 2,00 to 4,50 a relationship pHCaCI2 = O, 960pHKCI + O,283 was discovered.
