Studies were performed on four provenance and three family plots established between 1949 and 1967. Based on obtained results there were selected populations of highest increment (Skarżysko, Rawa Mazowiecka, Grójec and Marcule), populations of best quality (Dąbrówki, Kowary, Prószków, Bliżyn and Marcule) and the populations most susceptible to the Lachnellula willkommii cancer (Hołubla, Pelpin, Konstancjewo Płonne, Henryków and Dukla).
